High pressure Die casting - Gravity Die casting
Aluminium die casting is suitable for mass production and for fully mechanized casting. Complicated high integrity components such as Steering Components,Brackets,Alternater Covers,Rack & Pinion Housing, Yoke & Pinion Cover, Inlet & Outlet Manifold,Pivot Housing - PS & DS, Scorpio Base,Connectors and water pump bodies can be produced by HPDC as well as GDC processes., at lower cost than most other castings.
At CAPL, we prefer to supply Castings in a fully machined condition taking up the overall responsibility for the supply of Machined PDC/GDC Products meeting strict QCD requirements of Customers. |
